Refunds on Pre-Sale or P4P will not be offered if the funds have already been put towards production of the project.
Damage/Loss
If you received a damaged item, or if it gets lost in the mail, please contact me to see what we can do - I will work towards your satisfaction and refunds, while offered, will be treated as a last resort. Again, your support means the world and your satisfaction is my top priority.
